On September 30, 2020, the Turkish Association for the Fight Against Smoking (TSSD) hosted a webinar on the topic of “Harmful Effects of Cigarettes on Pets.” The webinar was moderated by TSSD Board Member Ms. Zeliha Sunal and featured a presentation by Mr. Tarık Akan, President of the Clinician Veterinarians Association.

During the seminar, Mr. Akan provided a detailed explanation of the harmful effects of cigarettes on pets. The session covered the negative impacts of cigarette smoke on pet health and offered information on how to prevent these effects.
