On October 30, 2020, the Turkish Association for the Fight Against Smoking (TSSD) organized a webinar on the topic of “The Impact of Cigarettes on Nutritional Status.” The webinar was moderated by TSSD Executive Board Member Ms. Gözde Özdemir and featured Dr. Indrani Kalkan, Head of the Nutrition and Dietetics Department at Istanbul Aydın University, as the speaker.

During the seminar, Dr. Kalkan provided a comprehensive examination of the effects of smoking on nutritional status. Participants were informed about the negative impacts of smoking on dietary habits and overall health.
