On August 31, 2021, our “One Tree, Every Nation” Instagram live broadcast featured moderator Zeliha Sunal, Vice President of the Turkish Association for Combating Smoking, and Yasemen Bilgili, Deputy General Manager of the Aegean Forest Foundation. The topic of discussion was “Forests Are Life.”

During the live broadcast, we conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the critical role forests play in ecosystems and human life. Yasemen Bilgili highlighted the environmental benefits of forests, their importance in preserving biodiversity, combating climate change, and managing natural resources sustainably. She also provided information on steps to protect and restore forests.
