The Türkiye Anti-Smoking Association (TSSD) is dedicated to combating tobacco products and smoking, which pose one of the most significant threats to human life and health today. As a civil society organization, it aims to protect humanity, particularly children and young people, and to fight against all entities that promote and spread this harmful substance. Since its establishment in 1999, TSSD has made significant progress in raising awareness about smoking, including through legal regulations. In developed countries, similar efforts have achieved notable successes within 25 years, despite having started 40 years ago.
We organize seminars to inform and raise awareness among the public about “What You Need to Know About Smoking and Tobacco Products.” These seminars are conducted by our expert association members with the aid of dynamic slides. Each seminar lasts 50-55 minutes and is designed to provide valuable information for both smokers and non-smokers.
